Founded on Empathy & Local Need
Nested Care Group was founded in Gosnells, Western Australia, by experienced Registered Nurses Shahina Shameer and Gurpreet Brar. With extensive clinical experience and a shared passion for compassionate care, they established the organisation to deliver reliable, culturally inclusive and person-centred services that make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Integrating High-Intensity Nursing
Building on our founders' nursing expertise, we expanded our services to include specialised community nursing and high-intensity clinical supports, including continence assessments, wound management, catheter care, tracheostomy care, ventilator support and other complex healthcare needs.
Expanding Disability & Community Supports
We broadened our disability services to include personal care, assistance with daily living, Supported Independent Living (SIL), community participation and support for individuals with complex care needs. Our approach promotes independence, inclusion, choice and meaningful community engagement.
Expanding Aged Care & Veteran Services Across WA
Building on our experience in disability support and community nursing, Nested Care Group has achieved registration for aged care services in Categories 1–5 and approval to provide DVA Community Nursing. We continue to expand our services across metropolitan and regional Western Australia, supporting older Australians, veterans and people with disability.
