Our professional and friendly carers treat you like family and help you get ready for your day. Need assistance with bathing and getting dressed? Want to try out a new hairstyle? Your personal carer will develop a close relationship with you, get to know your likes and dislikes and help you with personal daily activities as much or as little as you need them. Personal care can be delivered in your own home, if you live with family, or even while you are on vacation.

Nested Care Group provides travel and transport services for NDIS participants in Perth. If you are unable to travel independently, we provide you with the transport and support you need. We can get you to work or school, doctors appointments, social activities or to the supermarket. When you need to get out and about in your community, our reliable and friendly transport service will get you there and back home safely. Our team has experience in dealing with mobility equipment and helping you with special aids. We also help empower you to acquire the skills to use public transport on your own for maximum independence.

Community Nursing Care

The Nested Care Group includes a wonderful team of highly-skilled registered and enrolled nurses who all have vast experience dealing with complex needs and behaviour support. We respond when you need us and come to your home, offering respectful clinical nursing services if you have high intensity care requirements. Are you living with housemates? We help to make daily tasks easy to accomplish in your group household. Our carers will support you in completing household chores, basic cleaning such as washing dishes, or preparing meals and with mobility around the house. We help to make life for you and your housemates as comfortable as possible with ongoing or temporary support that you can depend on.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Supported Independent Living is daily living support that can be provided in your own home or the provider's SIL home. When you choose this service, you will have a support worker assisting you in your home 24/7, including overnight support. This way, you will always feel safe and supported, especially if you have high care needs. We provide ongoing, respectful care to help you live an independent life.

In-home Aged Care

Did you know that two in five people over the age of 65 have a disability? Enjoy the convenience and security of our in-home aged care support to make sure you have continuity of care as you approach older age. If you decide to remain funded by the NDIS after the age of 65, you can select Nested Care as your ongoing in-home care provider. We make ageing with a disability so much easier with our trained, compassionate care workers and nurses. We will provide trusted care for you in the comfort of your home throughout your senior years.
